What we do

Mutual is the trade name of a Yiwu-based foreign-trade supply company. Our core business is multi-category consumer goods supply for overseas buyers — wholesalers, importers and chain-store purchasing teams. This site is the wholesale catalogue of that programme: goods organised by category, with stated MOQs, lead times and packing data, ordered in mixed containers.

We organise supply from Yiwu International Trade City — the world's largest small-commodities distribution centre — and from the surrounding industrial clusters in Jinhua, Yongkang, Pujiang and Dongyang. Logistics run through Yiwu land port, the ports of Ningbo and Shanghai, and Yiwu airport.

For buyers, this means one window for ordering across many categories and many factories, instead of coordinating each supplier separately. Quality control runs across the full flow, from order confirmation through production or purchasing to pre-shipment inspection. Small test orders of 100–500 pcs per style are possible, and containers can be loaded with mixed SKUs, so a first order does not have to commit to a single item or a single supplier.

How we work with buyers

Each order follows a defined sequence, with the timing confirmed at quotation:

• Requirement confirmation: 1–3 days to confirm categories, styles, quantities, packing and destination.
• Samples: arranged against the confirmed requirement before bulk production or purchasing begins.
• Production or purchase: 15–45 days, depending on the category and order size.
• Pre-shipment inspection: carried out before dispatch, with inspection reports issued.
• Consolidation and dispatch: 5–15 days to consolidate mixed-SKU orders and dispatch through the Yiwu, Ningbo or Shanghai logistics channels.
• After-sales: quality issues are handled per contract, with overseas offices providing local follow-up in South America (Chile, Peru, Bolivia, Mexico), Europe (Germany, Milan in Italy), the Middle East (Dubai) and North America (the US).

Test reports and certificates can be arranged with third-party laboratories per product and destination market, and certificates are available upon request. These are organised per order rather than held as a catalogue-wide set.

What we do not claim

We are a supply organiser, not a factory. Products in the catalogue are sourced and coordinated through our supply programme and produced by supplier factories in Yiwu and the surrounding clusters; we do not manufacture them ourselves. Certificates and laboratory reports are arranged per order, per product and per destination market, and are available upon request — we do not present them as blanket certifications held across the catalogue. Catalogue figures, including MOQs, lead times and packing data, are programme data; they are confirmed per order at quotation and can vary by category, style and quantity. Pricing is tiered by quantity and confirmed at quotation.
